Enjoying a hot meal or drink at the hut, campsite, or on the trail has never been easier, thanks to the Bushbuck Spitfire Jet Cooker.
It takes just 2.3 minutes to boil 500ml of water to satisfy your hunger (or coffee craving) faster. The innovative heat exchange system lets you cook food, boil water rapidly, and maximise fuel efficiency. You’ll get 2.7 hours of burn time out of a standard 230g gas canister on average, which is more than enough for long stints in the outdoors.
The Spitfire Jet Cooker has a convenient push-button igniter and a heat protection cover to shield the flame from wind and prevent heat from escaping. The 1.4-litre pot has a lid that seals nice and tight and a sipper hole and filter, ideal for those morning coffees. A handy pot/pan attachment means using the cooker for a fry-up. The neoprene cover helps to hold the heat and allows for safe handling.
To top it off, the Spitfire has been specially designed so that all of its components and a 230g gas canister can fit inside the pot, so it takes up less space in your pack. The Spitfire Jet Cooker is a highly efficient, versatile and convenient camping stove that’s purpose-built for adventure. Watch our Tech Talk video below to learn.
Check out our smaller 900ml, 405g Tomahawk Jet Cooker here. When using any Bushbuck cookers, please ensure the gas canister is screwed on tight to avoid leaks. Also, do not put pots and pans directly on the cooker base; this can cause the jet flame to be forced down into the base and can result in the base melting.
The Spitfire can be used with Isobutane and Isobutane/Propane screw-on gas canisters.
